Your order can only be delivered to the same country where your order was placed. The order will be shipped from our warehouse in Belleville, Canada.

Your order will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. Please note that all orders placed after 12 p.m. MST require an additional working day (Mon-Fri) for processing. This also applies to public holidays.We always aim to deliver your order within the timeframes listed below. Unfortunately, we can only ship to home or office addresses – not to P.O. boxes.

You can return or exchange your products within 30 days of receiving them.

Please note that exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size or color, sold at the same price as during your time of purchase.

Once your withdrawal/return/exchange has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to proceed.

All import duties are included in your order – the price you see is the price you pay.
